Policies

Your patronage is important to us and we want you to be completely satisfied with our products. If you have received an incorrect part or are unhappy with any of our items, please call me or email me so we can correct the situation. We do our very best to get you the highest quality parts available and get them to you at the most reasonable price possible.

Errors - Although every effort is made to keep our web catalog error free, mistakes happen. We are not responsible for typographical errors. Pricing and shipping rates are subject to change without notice.

Returns - All returns need to be sent freight prepaid, no COD's will be accepted. A restock fee of 10% will be applied to all returns. Defective items will be credited or replaced. You will be refunded in the same manner you paid for the item or given a credit depending on the situation. We do not refund shipping costs. If you are returning an item please do so promptly. Items returned after 30 days will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. There are no returns on electrical items or special order parts.

Important!! - Any item which, in our opinion, shows evidence of being used, subjected to improper handling, packaging, or shipping by the customer will not be eligible for exchange or refund.

Defective Parts: In the event you receive an item that is defective in any way, please contact me immediately so I can send you a replacement. Should you take it upon yourself to repair or alter the defective item in any way, I cannot reimburse you any labor costs, or replace the item. All the manufacturers I deal with, in most cases, have no problem replacing a defective item so long as it is returned to them in the same condition you received it. They need to be able to inspect the item to determine the cause of its defect so they can prevent any further problems.

Lost or Damaged Freight - It is rare but should an item either arrive damaged or is lost you should file a claim with the shipper right away. Lost and damaged freight is the sole responsibility of the carrier. I will be happy to furnish you with any information that may assist you in your claim. All freight should be inspected by you before you accept them. It is easiest to get a settlement from the freight company if the damage is noticed at time of delivery.
